In order to put in pictures, you 1st have to put it somewhere on the internet, also known as the cloud.  Seach for "Free Image hosting" or free online photo albums.  Photobucket.com is a good one.  What these sites do is it stores photos and will be available 24/7.  You will notice if you delete or move a linked photo, the photo will go away on that post.  That is because that photo is not stored on that post, it's linked to photobucket.com, if that is where it was uploaded to.  Also,be careful of what you put up on the cloud, because everyone will have access to it.  Everyone on the internet has different ideas of what copywrite means.  You may also want to open multiple Image hosting and online photo accounts.  Free sites will limit the amount of space you get for free.  And remember if you moveor delete a linked item it goes away on that post you linked from.

Inserting a photo to a post:

Look at the tool bar in the box that shows for "Posting a Quick Reply".  Look for the icon that looks like a broken chain link, 4th from the right, and the smiley face, 2nd from the right.  The one that is between those two, it's a box witha box inside that is two-toned blue, that is the insert image button. When you get to a spot in your post where you want to insert a picture, hit ENTER and it will put your cursor on the next line. Now, click on that insert image button. Now you need to have another window opened to photobucket.com and you need to be on the main page, 4th item on the upper right of the screen.  This will show the pictures on your main page.  Use the pointing finger over the photo you want to put in your post.  Below the photo 4 boxes will show up, move your pointer to thebox that says "DIRECT LINK" and copy everything that is in that box. Hint: There is a lot of info in the box that your not seeing.  Now go back to the window that has your post you want to paste to.  When you click on the insert image button a window opened with the message "Enter the URL of the image" .  Paste the info you copied from the Direct Link box from photobucket.  Your photo should then show up in your post.

Adjusting size:

If you have a high resolution photo, the photo will be very large in the post.  What you need to do is go to the lower right hand corner of the photo. Use the down arrow to get tothe bottom of your post, now use the right arrow to go to the right side of your post.  You should see a blinking line on the outside ofthe photo.  Move your cursor to on the photo by that blinking line. Click on that photo at that spot.  You should now see a white square inthat corner .  If you put your cursor on that white square and click and drag it towards the upper left hand corner, you will make the photo smaller to fit where you want it.  Only drag the corners, it will change the size equally.  If you drag the middle squares, that will adjust the aspect of the photo

Feed various grain-free kibble+real meat, 6x pancreatin enzymes from EnzymeDiane. I give 1 tsp of coconut oil one day and 1 tsp salmon oil next day, and also give canned sardines packed without salt or canned herring for extra omega oils.
