Have just found out that Julie's beautiful Angel girl had a birthday on Wednesday.

Angel, we want to wish you a very Happy (big 8th) Birthday & we hope that you had a wonderful & very happy day with

your Mum, Dad & Shayne.  So sorry we missed your special day. :(  Hopefully, your Mum took some photo's of you &

will post them here on the forum so we can share in a little bit of your celebrations.

Happy 'belated' birthday to you beautiful girl.

Oh Lynn ~ How very kind of you to put Angel's birthday into a separate topic - THANK YOU my friend! I LOVE the birthday card ..... you are very talanted, along with your precous, beautiful darlings girls!

And, Val ~ THANK YOU also for Angel's lovely birthday wishes, bless you my friend!

I feel absolutely awful in 'fessing up that it didn't dawn on me that it was Angel's birthday until yesteday.

SmilieSadexpression.jpg Smilie Sad expression image by AngelshayneI am really upset with myself and whilst I offer no excuses, I offer the reason that I have a parrot rescue charity to run and have largely put this on hold to see Angel through her EPI until I am confident she is stable enough for me to re-direct my attention, somewhat. We are also in the throws of nearly completing the refurbishment of our kitchen, which has been a pain due to water pipe leaks and the uprooting of the subfloor.
I see all these beautifully adored fur-babies celebrating their wonderful birthdays and feel absolutely thrilled about it but feel very sad that I have by-passed our beloved Angel's birthday ....... deeply sad that, although I knew it was coming up, I had missed it by a day! :(  Our fur-babies birthdays are extra special in light of EPI and other ailments they battle with. Each day is special with them.  I can only make it up to Angel this weekend and take some special photos. I am indeed a bad mummy!
Amen!
Warmest best wishes and sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation, Lynn, for kindly announcing Angel's birthday! :D

Hi Julie,

I am so pleased you liked Angels card.  She is such a beautiful girl & when you wrote that it was her birthday also, I just had to mention it.  (Hope that was o.k.).

You are not a bad mommy at all.  You are a great Mum.  I know I have to write everything down or I will forget it.

Some special photo's of Angel would be wonderful.  We will look forward to seeing them.:)

To Angel

Birthday greetings are wished

Even though your birthday was missed

Your dear Mummy feels bad

But she shouldn’t be too sad

As she’s had much on her plate

And that’s why your wishes were late

Her pipes have been leaking

But they’ll only need ‘tweaking’

Your celebrations will be at the weekend

By then her pipes will be on the mend!

Love Debra, Bridie and Chloe
