Hi Shirley,
It's been a bit since you posted (that I know of)...Please let us know what's going on and how your vet came to this diagnosis! I was assured 5 years ago that it was not a matter of "if", but "when" Tara would become diabetic based on exploritory findings in that the vet could not find a pancreas??? I've let my guard down, stopped test striping her urine after a few years, but how/what made your vet come to this conclusion?? Also, did she become EPI due to Pancreatitis as I'm sure Tara's EPI is due to PAA. Please give us more information! | |

Hi Shirley - so sorry to hear about Penny also having diabetes. We have several others on the forum - Frankie and Zip - Samantha and Honey - and Sue and Claire who are also dealing with EPI and diabetes so I am sure they will chime in and give you first hand experience. I absolutely remember the pic of your pups spine...how are things going as far as the EPI is concerned?
