I have just oredered some Lypex for Maddie and found a company on Amazon that was considerable cheaper than the other distributors unfortuantely there was only 7 in stock so not wishing to miss an oppotunity i took all they had.Subsquentky i have e-mailed this company and had quite an encouraging e-mail back from them i asked them if they would be recieving any more and have enquired about discounts etc if we brought in bulk .i know some of you are insured but i am trying to ascertain monthly how many  non-insured owners require so that we can try and obtain some bulk discount i have also mentioned that we use other medicines ie Synbotic and it may be that he can source the other products.

Anyway if you dont ask you dont get.

Once stable, was able to reduce enzymes to only 1/2 tsp of Enzymes with each meal, but after almost 4 years of stabilization... had to increase the amount of enzymes to 3/4 teaspoon with each meal. Feed various grain-free kibble+real meat, 6x pancreatin enzymes from EnzymeDiane. I give 1 tsp of coconut oil one day and 1 tsp salmon oil next day, and also give canned sardines packed without salt or canned herring for extra omega oils.

I looked at the membership listing.... the only way i can tell is IF the members include in their profile set up where they are from and then if i check on the members i literally have to go from page to page to see who is from the UK and thereabouts.....

If you would like.... the next best thing i can do is send out a blast email to everyone, that IF they live in the UK and/or Europe (and you will have to find out if this can service Europe) ... that if they are interested in using LYPEX, that they can order directly from the company and send in one bulk order if the company would be willing to do this and send out the individual orders.........in my blast email , i can have folks contact you if interested (.. but before i do...) you will need to get as much information and details from the company that you can...... what do YOU think?????

I have also givem them a list of other products but have only included Tryplase Pancrex Lypex Synbotic A-c  also i have aked them if they can get any Trinfac B not sure wether there are any other UK products so that would be useful if people could let me know i also need monthly quantities. They should be able to ship to Europe but i will check.

Thanks for looking into this... it won't help me since my girl has left us, but I am sure there are fokfs here who could benefit from a bulk service.

Bless your heart.

HI Ann~

If do-able.... that would be a wonderful service... especially if this company could offer other products too at a discounted rate to EPI'rs if enough buy from them so that it could be bulk orders........and maybe.......to keep it "clean".... maybe one way to think about doing it would be if the company could offer a special membership ID# to you to assign for the bulk products that you can pass on  to EPI clients so the company knows they are part of the bulk plan.......and then  the company can still be responsible for collecting payments and shiping out the products ... but maybe you can manage the orders???  Just throwing ideas out here....

When you get all the details that you can from the company about how this can be constructed and what would be available and at an estimated possible % discount.... put something  together ... and email it to me at:

olesia.kennedy@gmail.com

hmmmmmmmmm....while i am thinking of it.... maybe you might ask the company.... for example... if you place an order for:

5 bottles of  Lypex , EPI member discount price would be an additional 10%

10 bottles of Lypex, EPI member discount price would be an additional  20%

20 bottles of Lypex, EPI member discount price would be an additional  30%

This might also help you get folks to order in larger bulk too, especially if the products have a long shelf life :) and maybe you can have monthly or quarterly bulk orders submitted ...or whatever works out best bulk ordering cycle...

again... i am just throwing ideas out......i hope something reasonable can be worked out as I think this is a great idea for UK (and Europe) because i know that unfortunately because of UK country rules and regulations,  porcine pancreatic enzymes (the powder) that we in the USA can get at bulk prices cannot be shipped to the UK.... so ya'll are kind of left out there with very little help with EPI resources.....

Bruce says thanks , (he´s quite vanitious and loves your comment), I´m using 1 Lypex per meal (twice a day) , 1/3 teaspoon of Tylan twice a day and weekly injections of B12. I think that´s all (sometimes I keep trying to remember what have I forgot... at the begining it´s quite complicated until you resume a routine.

Hiya!

We are in the UK and use Lypex :)  I havent been aroudn much lately as Ive been walking teh legs off my girls and making the most of teh good weather, but please keep me informed if you manage to get a good deal with this company.  Our last lot was a bulk order and we paid around £41 a box and the company discounted us £1 per box for ordering 10 boxes at once.

http://www.nutrecare.co.uk/Product-1525/Lypex-Capsules

The cost of Lypex is going up and up at the minute and all stockists say its because the manufacturer is increasing the cost.  Please pm me or email me details of any better deals on the Lypex.  Ive only got 4 boxes left.  Gem has 3 capsules a day - 1 on each meal so we get through them pretty quick!

Any news on this?  Gem is on her last box so I had better get starting researching where is cheapest to get them - but also somewhere reliable!  It worries me about getting them a lot cheaper incase they are not the real thing.  Gem is doing great and still holding her weight pretty much steady at 27.5kg - dare I say!

Hello Ann

The cost in UK for enzymes is appalling

I would be with you but Kara is insured so Pet Plan pick up the bill and Thank God we insured her with a life policy from a puppy which is renewed each year

There is a website that charge £31.74 my vets charge a whopping £73.00! One bottle lasts 10 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But the insurance pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! absolutely obscene!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I will support you with anyone else I come across in my travels

A few people have gone over to raw pancreas and I will try it myself as we are close to an abattoir and as long as I dont think about it I am OK

They charge £35.00 FOR 11 KILLOS so its not bad

I f Gillian reads this I will let her tell you a little story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the best kid and go for it

Just wish we could have the same outlet like Enzyme Diane but the UK .................................................................

Wallace rescue GSD. Currently feeding James Wellbeloved Turkey and Vegetable Cereal Free and some Butcher's Tripe. Four teaspoons Pancrex Granules and 2 Lypex capsules per meal. (Will go back to raw pig pancreas soon.) Three meals a day 3 times per week, 2 meals a day the other 4 days otherwise he stops eating. Tylan 1/8 teaspoon twice a day (this is half the recommended dose for his weight but the recommended dose made his poos soft!) Synbiotic D-C (probiotic and prebiotic) capsule once a day. Monthly B12 injection.
