Anyone ever had a bad reaction to any TOTW foods at all?? I am switching Zoe over to it but I heard they closed production at one of their plants due to some quality concerns. I really like how Zoe is doing on this food I hope I can stay on it. I almost lost one of my dogs back in 2007 I will not feed my dogs this food if it is going to make them sick.

I feed the Pacific Stream formula with good success. It is a single protein (fish) formula that has less chance of upsetting their system.

Hi, It appears to be the Diamond Lamb and Rice. Here are a couple of sites to check for yourself. I feed TOTW Lamb or Bison and Kodi does great on it !! http://www.fda.gov/AnimalVeterinary/SafetyHealth/RecallsWithdrawals/default.htm http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57410666/diamond-naturals-dog-food-variety-recalled/

The plant did not close and as Dar said the issue was with the Daimond food not TOTW. Ted eats a variety of kibble but right now he is eating TOTW Wetlands and he has always done well on it.

HI, I do understand Connie's concern, as the TOTW food is manufactured at the Diamond plant that has the food recall. TOTW is made by Diamond. As far as I know though, the Diamond food specially mentioned (lamb and rice) is the only one that had been recalled. I have been following this story, as some of the Natural Balance foods (which we use) are also manufactured at Diamond's food plants.

thanks everyone for not only posting but also for contributing to this story... we need to be as aware as possible to any issues with the foods we feed our dogs. Please feel free to post updates to this story.

-- Olesia, owned by Izzy-45lb SWD, Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.3, Stable almost 7 yrs! Once stable, was able to reduce enzymes to only 1/2 tsp of Enzymes with each meal, but after almost 4 years of stabilization... had to increase the amount of enzymes to 3/4 teaspoon with each meal. Feed various grain-free kibble+real meat, 6x pancreatin enzymes from EnzymeDiane. I give 1 tsp of coconut oil one day and 1 tsp salmon oil next day, and also give canned sardines packed without salt or canned herring for extra omega oils. In Feb 2013, Izzy developed a very serious condition called IMHA which she (thankfully) beat and is now in remission. We also discovered that now, at 8 years old, she not only has EPI, but also Diabetes and Low Thyroid. Izzy was able to receive excellent care because of the kindness of so many here on epi4dogs and is currently doing extra-ordinarily well. If anyone could spend a day with Izzy, they would never guess that she has any health problems!

Thanks for the info. We have used TOTW and Nature's Domain (Costco) in the past with good success and both are manufactured by Diamond.

Member Posts: 107 | I was on TOTW Facebook page and they reassured me that TOTW was very safe to feed our dogs. I hope so because Zoe has been on it since sunday and is doing great. And I like the price too.
