Hi Barb,
I was looking through EPI gatherings and happened to see your beautiful Bree! She most definitely looks like a Cream Retriever! THe could be sisters. Of course both your pups are adorable! Despite all of Denali's health issues she is still the best dog we have ever loved. She is so loving and very attached to her family. :-) So much that she has filled the space left by Addie(our "skinkid":-) in the middle of our bed at night. We absolutely adore her. So goofy as well. I bet Bree is also sweet tempered and very loving. The good news about English/British Creams is that supposedly they don't have the same cancer and hip problems as American Goldens do. I'm really hoping this is true because we've already had to deal with so much heart ache trying to keep her healthy the first 2 years of her life.
How did you find Bree? Or should I ask how did she find you? Do you know how old she is? I would love to rescue another golden one day once our finances recover from the EPI. Denali would love a partner to snuggle while we're at work.
Thank you for all your support and suggestions during our process of finding the right balance for Denali. I hope all is well with Cedar and the rest of your family.
Warmly,
Liz and Denali
