About Me
It took a long time to find Maezi to add to our family ( baloo 13 yr old dog - Kit 13 yr old siamese cat - Teller 9 yr old black cat - T.T. 6 yr old black cat ) . I had lost my last dog meeka in 2004 to old age she was a malmute/wolf cross. In the last couple years I had gone and looked at many puppies whom my husband thought I would bring home the first one I saw. lol. But when I found maezi - I knew she was the one for me . She climbed onto my lap immediately when i knelt down in pen while the others just looked at me. She looked up at me with those eyes and I fell in love with her. Its as if she knew I was the one who would take care of her when she needed it. She has always been at my feet since...l Post a CommentOops! The words you entered did not match the given text. You folks on this forum are truly mine and my dogs best friends thru this EPI journey aka roller coaster ride ---thank you all so much - honestly don't know what we'd do without you
Wanda... Maezi is just so adorable! Let us know what your vet says.... plz feel free to print the B12 page and the SIBO page and bring it with you to your vet..... Vets are generalists and EPI is kind of a specialized condition, so it is hard for vets to keep up and know everything about everything .... this is why i try to keep current veterinarian information on the website.
I suspect Maezi is battling low B12 and consequently some SIBO....these are very VERY common secondary conditions that accompany EPI.... and once all is treated and you find the right balance of diet and enzymes for Maezie, you'll be amazed at the good health she will display!
oh Wanda... i am just now reading your profile and saw this picture of Maezi.,...she is just way to precious!!! and YES!!! i suspect these very special EPI souls pick us out.... not the other way around... i think they just have a 6th sense and know who will take care of them when they need it.
