If the EPI is borderline could treating the dog for EPI be safe and possilby effective? Also is a low B12 consistant with some of the same symtoms of EPI and if so if you are giving B12 shots weekly and not seeing much change could it be you are not giving enought of the B12 and the Vet could increase it and see if there is improvement?
