Re: TLI back to normal range!!!
The Adored Beast Apothecary has a package called Yeasty Beast that is a great protocol for yeast.

Some dogs are lifers for the Tylan. Get to the smallest working dose.
Glad you don't have to use enzymes!

Re: Looking for advice
Please show this link to your vet. TAMU has updated their assay to less than or equal to 5.5 is indicative of Epi. https://vetmed.tamu.edu/gilab/service/assays/tli/ Good to have started the B12 but looks as though porcine enzymes are also needed. Also a grain free diet with <4% fiber works best. Jill

Re: Sushi's Saga
That is interesting. Are both strengths on the enzyme bags the same? 6x or 8x? Mickey had pancreatitis and a consultant here sometimes, Dr. Penny, told me "just because you are using enzymes on his food now doesn't mean you can increase his fat content of his diet". More than 10% fat in hi...

Re: I'm at a loss. Help, please.
Hi Kelly. I am not familiar with that brand of enzyme. Seems to be a mix containing also plant enzymes. If your pup indeed has Epi the plant enzymes would not be strong enough. Possibly at first they helped now not so much. I would discontinue the B12 and have her tested with the cTli test and B12 t...

Re: NINA
I wouldn't think 1 B12 cap would do it, maybe skip it or use half capsule.
I can't comment on the flea and tick medicines. I started using deterrants instead of meds after Kiya had an issue.
It might be the spot on causing runny poop.
