How about an automatic ball thrower. We got one for Sadie(2yr jack russell) and taught her to put the ball back in the machine to rethrow.

Yes, it sounds like low B12 or SID/SIBO or a combo. Have you been supplementing B12 orally?
Let us know what the results are. You may need a pre/probiotic, slippery elm or Tylan.

Yes Mickey had pancreatitis plus sludge in his gall bladder. He was born with a defective gene for too much uric acid in his urine. If it sat too long in the bladder and formed urate stones only seen on ultrasound. So I am familiar with the area.

Getting the just right Creon dose can be hard but it does work wonders for SID. Are you using Slippery elm at all?
