Yes Mickey had pancreatitis plus sludge in his gall bladder. He was born with a defective gene for too much uric acid in his urine. If it sat too long in the bladder and formed urate stones only seen on ultrasound. So I am familiar with the area.

Getting the just right Creon dose can be hard but it does work wonders for SID. Are you using Slippery elm at all?

Please show this link to your vet. TAMU has updated their assay to less than or equal to 5.5 is indicative of Epi. https://vetmed.tamu.edu/gilab/service/assays/tli/ Good to have started the B12 but looks as though porcine enzymes are also needed. Also a grain free diet with <4% fiber works best. Jill
