I am in agreement with Jane. Seems too high in grains and legumes and as noted grains interfere with the efficacy of the enzymes. Also Jane's advice on fat was spot on.

Was she food fasted for 8 to 12 hours before her blood draw on Monday? That is a requirement for a Tli test.
