Wade update & Tylan Question
Hi all... I haven't been on the forum in a little bit as life with 2 dogs, working from home, a promotion, and 3 teenagers doing on-line learning has filled my days to the max. However, I wanted to share a little good news on Wade. *he was diagnosed about 12 weeks of age*.... Well he was 6 months ol...

Re: Mixed Emotion on Food/Poops
Thank you so much Barb and Sheril D. I really appreciate the helpful information. Especially the weaning information to try. He's currently on 2 pills a day (breakfast and dinner) and then starting on the 18th he will go to 1 meal a day (thinking breakfast)... So this information will help for me to...

Re: WE ARE A FAMILY
When we decided it was time to pick our litter, we did and we settled on the dog with the brown collar. We thought bringing home a puppy when everybody was home and could be more focused on him was a good thing. Little did we know that Wade needed us much more to help him thrive. I'm thankful we cou...

Re: Mixed Emotion on Food/Poops
Hi. I wanted to take a few minutes to post a reply back as I have been meaning to do this for the past week or so but the days get away from me very quickly. I think we turned a page with Wade and are finally on a positive course with him for now. I was so thankful for all of your suggestions and th...

Re: Mixed Emotion on Food/Poops
Thank you Barb. I wasn't sure on the enzyme but I think you are right. I will adjust the enzyme accordingly and then see if that helps. I also have a call into the vet to see if they will give me a script of the tylan. I feel he is needing that. I just feel like in less than 48 hours we've gone comp...

Re: Mixed Emotion on Food/Poops
Thanks so much Jean for your reply. I will look into that dog food. Do you know why our dogs can't handle the rice? Is it a digestion issue? We've been turned on to the Purina pro plan puppy sensitive skin and stomach - lamb and oatmeal. The fiber is still under the 4% so we are going to start weeni...

Mixed Emotion on Food/Poops
Hi. Just feeling all over the place and wondering if I'm doing any of this right? Wade will be 19 weeks old tomorrow. He is gaining and as of 7/13 weighed 22 lbs. He's come a long way since his lowest at 14lbs. We recently started him on the Wonderlabs B12 pill with his dinner. Tonight will be his 5...

Eating Grass - Does that mean something?
Hi. I have a 16 week old puppy and every time we take him out to go potty, he will eat and dig in the grass. He eats the grass, the dirt, etc... I'm seeing grass in his stool. I looked at the stool chart on the website and I would say his stool is a 3 or a 4. His stool is very dark in color. I can p...
