Again thank you so much! Just one last question, will I need to incubate with the plant enzymes?

Re: New EPI diagnosis

Thank you so much for these ideas. Cali has been an anti acid before. Like we always talk about over and over with EPI dogs, everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another. For some reason with Cali I have found the less I do the better she is. We have done the slippery elm, a...

Re: New EPI diagnosis

Good morning Yes Cali gets b12, she is not on a grain free diet anymore and was found it worked much better for her as we are managing diabetes as well. Shes also antibiotic free as she has been on multiple along with a steroid at one point and that made everything worse for her she was losing weigh...

Re: New EPI diagnosis

Hi Everyone. I need some help with Cali again. I have recently discovered that it seems to be all of her regurgitation, drinking a ton of water, licking excessively is coming from her enzymes. Cali is taking pancreplus enzymes. I started to lower the amount of enzymes and started introducing raw bee...

Re: New EPI diagnosis

Hi everyone. It has been a little while. Cali and I are now situated in Alaska. It has been quite a move, but Cali is doing amazing in the snow!!!! Since we have been here there have been a few changes as far as her exercise because it is getting colder. Cali’s sugar is getting high again and we are...

Re: New EPI diagnosis

Yes Olesia I LOVE chewy! Chewy is where I get almost 90% of supplies for Cali. Unfortunately chewy does not deliver to Alaska. And that is where we are living now. I am currently back in New York for a little while with family again and then onto Alaska. I’m just trying to figure things out now and ...

Re: New EPI diagnosis

Ok, great info thank you! I don’t think the high fiber is actually bad, the food she is on now has a high fiber content and I just combat with enzymes. I like the idea of the low carbs though as I do think that helps with her diabetes. That is my worry with all these other foods.

Re: New EPI diagnosis

Hi. Does anyone know anything about Origen dog food, six fish? Is this a good dog food/brand? Is fish better than meat for dogs? I am needing to switch Cali’s food to something more accessible. (Meaning I can buy from petco) she is currently eating ketona. I don’t know if this has anything to do wit...
