Re: Low B12 or SID?
His food is Natural Balance limited ingredient diet (salmon and sweet potato) and yes, grain free. He hasn’t had any loud gurgling from his belly like when he was first dealing with EPI is SIBO back in March, and the gas has decreased, and his gas seems to be getting better. We can up his oral B12 t...

Re: Treatment plan check, not quite EPI
Louie is fully on his new LDI diet, powdered enzymes and the new B12 came last night. His poops range from firm long to soft serve, with no real pattern as to help us expect what is coining at what time of day. I don't know if it is because of the food or all the supplements but he has no interest i...

Re: Treatment plan check, not quite EPI
Great news! Louie is really firming up, I know we will have some back and forth but actual logs that could be picked up! Re: Treatment plan check, not quite EPI
Today after his lunch Louie has his first non-liquid poo in 5+ weeks, it actually came out in pieces and didn't look like an open faucet; never did I think I'd feel encouragement from a dog turd ;) He has had 2 more this evening that were like soft-serve ice cream this evening, but it was nice to se...

Re: Treatment plan check, not quite EPI
Right now 2 cups, 3x a day, heavy end but he's not maintaining or gaining weight yet.
Once he is fully transitioned it will be 1.5 cups 3x a day (at 150% of what the food chart calls for until he starts to gain)

We have ordered the Wonder Labs B-12, and the PancrePlus Enzymes in powder form, and Proviable probiotics. This evening we did start crushing the tablets, 2 a meal wh...
