Re: Enzyme dosing help please!
She has received the full dose of Tylan for 2-3 weeks and has been on a maintenance dose for maybe 3 months. Last night, she was in the garbage which hasn't happened since before diagnosis. She is acting like she is starving. This all started pretty much the day I opened the new bag of enzymes.

Starting Tylan question
Harley has regressed and still not gaining despite increasing her to 150% cal. The vet was not on board with Tylan but she also really does not care for me using Enzyme Diane over the expensive Pancre Plus. I ordered it from pigeon website. My question, do I continue to give her the pre and pro biot...

Re: I really need help😔
Hi Farshid, I am having the same problem with my GSD, Harley. I've tried increasing calories, still stuck about 70lbs, she is a large GSD and literally fur on a skeleton. I am looking at options to lower cost and increase her calories. I am considering trying a raw/homemade diet to reduce cost and i...

Re: unable to gain/maintain weight.
I will look into the Sport Dog food. The problem with that is I have another GSD to feed and to be fair, they eat the same food, so cost is an issue. Her belly doesn't rumble like it used to for the most part unless she counter surfs and steals food she shouldn't have. I ran out of Slippery Elm but ...

Re: unable to gain/maintain weight.
I do supplement with B12, she was defiecient when first diagnosed. I have not wanted to put her through the trauma of another blood draw or pay anoth $250, so I have continued to supplement her with B12. I am increasing her food, I think that may be the trouble.

She is fed twice a d...

Re: Weight loss
She is on the Costco brand which I understand to be the Diamond Naturals. I have not been using the grain free but it is <4% fiber. Her enzymes had already been increased. I incubate 20 minutes before feeds. I cannot get an extra meal in on work days. I am out of the house 6:00am to 8:30PM, by the t...

Re: Bad Lucy getting into food
Must be a full moon or something. Saturday Harley took a full pound cake off the counter and got in the garbage for the roast chicken carcass. Her gut is paying the price. Thank God for the dog door!

She is also hungry ALL the time. Saturday night she took an entire loaf of butter pound cake off the counter(my daughter is stil...
