Re: round of tylosin for maintenance

We completed what I thought was a round of both Apoquel and Tylosin but doubting if we stayed on long enough... as Hannah's stool has improved somewhat but still significant gurgling in her belly, hungrier than usual - andher skin is still itchy, pink, inflamed and she licks to the point of redness ...

Re: round of tylosin for maintenance

Thank you all for this feedback. I forget sometimes that SID/SIBO must continually be managed as well and the pink skin and fur loss and change in stool may be more related to that than what appears more like an allergy. So grateful for this community and advice. REGINA AND HANNAH who is back on the...

round of tylosin for maintenance

Hi all, My Hannah dog has been stable for so long it was surprising to observe a "flare up" as I refer to it - in her stool (more liquid, yellow, some flatulence) . This August flare up seems to coincide with her skin allergies (pink skin, itchy paws, loss of fur) and increased hunger. It ...

Flare up

Hi everyone, … again, I’m so thankful to have this resource and support my Hannah… she had been doing really well (since diagnosing her in February and keeping things under control) but she seems to be having a flareup so I had her back on Tylosin antibiotic - however I had to travel for work and le...

Re: Preserving uneaten food?

Oh! I didn't realize it wasn't mandatory to let the enzymes sit for 20mins - i've been tempted to let them incubate for closer to 5-10mins for texture and sometimes convenience too - but that lesser time won't cause the caustic mouth sores I've heard about?
thank you all!!!

Re: SUDDEN CLEAR LIQUID LEAKAGE!!!

Thanks so much Jill I have now been able to observe that it is indeed vaginally sourced - however so strange that it's clear and can be high volume at times. It's only happened 3 times since 3pm so I'm monitoring closely. My problem is i'm about to leave her with a friend for 10 days (due to travel)...
