Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

Yes- Bali’s first EPI test came out negative. According to lab results he doesn’t have EPI.

I think it is safe to say the enzymes helped to stabilize his health and it’s still too early to know if it was a good idea to pull back from everything or not.

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

Greetings and happy new year! I came here to give an update. Thank you for checking in Andrea! Much appreciated. After the twitching started- I assume they were reflux related- I stopped giving enzymes to see what would happen. This was after Christmas, before the New Years. Twitches stopped after w...

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

more like his skin is crawling I guess... only around his back.

he slept more than 12 hours. Not interested in walking or doing anything else. Eats his food very slowly.. acts like he is sedated.

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

I’ve heard about Acana, but we are so gun shy regarding kibbles. Keeping Bali on fresh cooked ground Turkey (3lbs/ day) pumpkin or sweet potatoes + enzymes and supplements (calcium, psyllium and probiotics and fish oil). No longer diarrhea, sometimes mushy poops... I’d not say that his poops are 100...

Re: Tick & Flea Meds Analysis 5-2020

The link to analysis on this thread is not working. It’s Christmas time and we are about to go mushroom hunting with grandpa:) I used to give Bravecto chew to Bali every 6 months. It worked well but I always thought about the side effects this med may have caused for his sensitive stomach. Any sugge...

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

Understood. Today is the day 3 of being back to literally perfect 1st poop (1st morning poop of the day museum quality) and the 2nd poop (usually happens on the same morning walk and less than 1 hrs after the 1st poop) mushy and diarrhea at the end (the pic.) This happens always when he eats/ swallo...

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

@olesia He hasn’t been on the scale yet (I really don’t want to visit the vet’s office for a while), but it seems he is slowly putting some weight on. I still can see his ribs a little, but his coat and overall himself is glowing. We always get compliments from people, mostly strangers for how good ...

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

This is the bone replacement/ calcium I’ve got. It suggests 1 ts with every 1lbs of food, but its high ash content turns poop gray, even sporadic much smaller amounts...

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

Thank you everyone for your input and support. Here is December update for Bali. Bile vomiting was one occasion and it was empty stomach. I’m making sure that he would have his dinner late and not long before sleep. We took a little trip to the desert to see our friends. They have 2 ‘healthy’ male d...

Re: Bali’s story: We need healing vibes and support

Thank you, Jill. I gave him a little snack (some sweet potatoes) when he demanded his last meal last night, but appears it was not enough. I’ll make sure to feed him whenever he wants more food. He knows his feeding schedule better than I do, but I was so tired last night to cook for him, and since ...
