He was having the loose stools for about 2 weeks prior to all this, then one day with the fully formed (while at the vet's office) and then the same day loose stool with blood.

I think the blood worries me more then the loose stool. But the vet wants to try that pill again.

The vet just called me back and said it could be the stress of being at the vet's office all day yesterday, so they are going to put him on the Metro...(don't know how to spell, it's the other one besides the Tylan)...so i guess we'll see how that goes

Thank you for your help, it's good to know that i didn't do anything wrong to cause him going backwards. I've contacted my vet to see if there is something i can give him to help with the diarrhea. so that makes sense - he's a little over a week into it and the symptoms started probably about 5 days ago - guess i need to call my vet and see what they can give him now because of all this.
