Can enzymes cause snout sores?
Hi everyone, my dog was diagnosed in the beginning of this year, and she had reacted very well to enzyme supplements. We mix the enzyme powders with meat and wait for 30 minutes for each meal. Lately I noticed she started having these white small fissures on her snout, and I was wondering if these c...

Re: Dog is pooping very little, related to epi?
Hey guys, Thanks for your suggestions. The vet didn't find anything, but fortunately she started pooping normal again after the visit. We think it was maybe just diarrhea and not constipation? Because her poop does not seem dry at all. No idea why she was pooping so little though. We increased the t...

Re: Dog is pooping very little, related to epi?
Hi Jean,
Sorry I was confused, we feed her half of 1/4 tsp each meal and for some reason I thought that was 1/2, so we are actually feed her 1/8 tsp per meal. This morning she still pooped very little . We are just going to take her to the vet tomorrow and see what they say.

Re: Dog is pooping very little, related to epi?
Hi Jean, We are giving her 1/2 tsp of tylan powder 3 times a day with food, and she's about 41. 5 kilograms right now. We haven't asked the vet yet as we only realized this was a problem yesterday, but she actually had very similar symptoms once years ago, way before she had epi problems. That time ...

Re: Dog is pooping very little, related to epi?
Just to add some more information: my dad prepares food for the dog and he leaves the dissolved enzyme with the food for a really long time, like 7-8 hours. Not sure if this is a problem or not.

Dog is pooping very little, related to epi?

I know for sure she also have SIBO because her stools were yellow, smelly and had mucus on them. Since yesterday she has bee...
