hi Pam,
If the evening dose of slippery elm helped a little but just not enough... sure... go ahead and give it with breakfast too. It often works best when given with both meals.....

so sorry to hear this, but this is rather typical. What you are most likely seeing is SID/SIBO/Dysbiosis rearing it's ugly head.
