Re: Adjust enzyme amount?
You are doing fine. It is due to the light weight of the powder. 1 teaspoon of sugar is different in grams than 1 teaspoon of enzymes or 1 teaspoon of flour. They are all different densities. 500 grams is about 180 teaspoons but I would scoop a teaspoon, dump it back in and then scoop again gently s...

The actual analysis numbers are on each package so you can keep track. I had one batch that I had to increase for Sarge and then we went back to normal and did not increase again. Yes they can fluctuate a bit that they would make a difference but most never notice. We have been tagging the packages ...

Re: Our Shepherd has been diagnosed with EPI this year and we're coming into some complications.
What food were you feeding before the tummy issues? I usually suggest going back to what was working. That being said the incontinence may not be epi related so I would check with the vet as well. I did notice that when Sarge had some accidents (and I was home ill at the time) I did start to notice ...

Re: Poorly poohs
Stress can drop the B12 levels which would upset the digestive system and may open the door for all the upset. I used to give Sarge an extra B12 shot before stressful events and again after if needed. Tylan is an antibiotic dosed per weight of the pet. If you were using it on a lower dose for keepin...

Tylan is non rx in Canada from my understanding so you should be able to get it OTC. https://www.petsdrugmart.ca/Product/Tyl ... 20900/3550 was one that I googled not sure if it is the best price.
Some dogs are on Tylan for life to keep things regulated.

Re: fresh batch of enzymes
If changing from the 8x to the 6x you will want to start at 25% more. There were a few batches of 8x (and 6x) that were very strong for their standards but still fit in the ranges and I am not sure which one you are moving from and to. I would start with 25% more of the 6x and see how that goes. If ...

Pancreatin is made from pig pancreas glands. The gland is very fatty. They use either Isopropyl alcohol or acetone in the manufacturing process to remove that fat. Enzyme Diane Pancreatin 6x and 8x are made with glands that are sourced in the United States and is processed with isopropyl alcohol in ...

Re: Enzyme Diane Ice Pack?
Most of our orders ship without ice packs. No worries its shipping from Ohio we are 18 degrees and we worry when the internal temps get to above 85 for long periods of time but the short time in shipping you should be just fine.
