Can you tell us whether you are supplementing your dog with B12 often when treating SIBO we need to treat both low B12 causes a dog not to eat...Slippery Elm is 1/2 tsp per meal it can stop the efficiency of some drugs so i would tend to stop the reflucx tablet and see how it goes.

Maddie was on metcam what i found and i dont know why was that if she had it at night it didn't upset her stomach but in the morning it would make her poop a bit iffy ...EPi is secondary with what your gal is going through i would concentrate on that and worry about the EPI after...good luck and hug...

We often say that if you have a vet who doesn't understand EPI share the information on this site with them so that they can learn...the next time they get an EPI dog they will be so knowledgeable.

The breath um....that can be a couple of things sometimes it can indicate SIBO is present ...but it can also be the enzymes, but SIBO can present when we give our dogs treats without enzymes that is why we dont recommend it but every dog is different some people can give treats and have no side effe...
