Re: New Page on "possible" Cost Savings with enzymes
Andrea, I have read on a note from Olesia, that two 00 enteric coated capsules, filled 3/4 full, are enough to treat one cup of kibble. So those two capsules have the same effect as one teaspoon of enzymes added to the kibble & incubated. Myself, I am trying to find out if it's ok to add them to...

Re: Enzyme Diane still the best price/quality?
How do you administer the pills?
I always place the capsules containing SE and B12 right in with the food. BUT I am wondering, if I do that with the enzymes, might she puncture the enteric-coated capsules & nullify the effect?

Re: NINA
Can we talk about enteric-coated capsules for enzymes again? I'm guessing I'll need to take care that the capsules are not punctured before they go down the gullet, right? So, including them with the meal, or putting them in a pill pocket is too risky, correct? I have always been able to coat pills ...

Re: NINA
I will do that. I have only been giving her slippery elm in the evening. What do you think about adding it in the morning, too?---P

Re: NINA
Thanks, Jill. She's a love, and she does sooo many things Tucker did, following me around the house room to room, and getting feisty with the little dogs. He was a mix, so she doesn't really look like him, but she makes me feel he's still around.

Re: NINA
Olesia---YES! The added B12 & SE have already had an effect, and it was such an advantage, to look at her routine & to know right away (because of you!), that she was missing some important elements. She's having that common experience of perfect poo in the morning, followed by less than per...

Re: PAN-TENEX QUESTION- NEW AT EPI
Klaudia, Please don't apologize. The forum is for asking questions, and we all learn from reading each others' stories. I looked at the Merrick food, and it looks great, but it's out of my price range. Sometimes, though, with super high quality food, you don't have to feed as much, so it works out. ...

Re: Elvira, 10.5 month old GSD, recently diagnosed.
Hi Julie. It's such a bummer, when the poo goes south. I am so sorry. These things can happen, though, and the good people on this forum will help you get Elvira back on track. To add my two cents to what Olesia wrote, my Nina started on one capsule of slippery elm about a week ago, and her poops ar...

Re: Approx 400gr of 6x Enzyme Diane powder avail
I am so sorry you lost your sweet pup. I agree, this group is a life saver. I lost my Tucker to cancer in November, and he was only nine. I still miss him so much. I have recently adopted Nina, a GSD who has EPI. Her family was desperate to find a home for her. She is beautiful, I know how to take c...
