I just found this out----
(Nina is stabilized since last summer)
Nina's mom mixes two cups of kibble with purified water and one TABLESPOON (so 3 teaspoons) of enzymes. And that's it. No B12, no SE or Tylan.
Have you ever? How can this be explained?

Judy---
YEA, for ordering from Diane. She's awesome, and she's just "Diane". If you email her, she answers you, herself.
Did you order 6X or 8X?---P

Re: New here and needing feeding advice
OLESIA---Is my suggestion appropriate for a dog that has not taken enzymes, at all? Or, are emergency enzymes only for dogs already stabilized?

Re: New here and needing feeding advice
Hi Judy, and welcome. I'm sorry you need to be here, but things will be OK. Breathe. We've all been where you are, and we understand. In my experience, every time Tucker ate, before enzymes, his poo was yellow & nasty. The enzymes will help with that. Is the vet having to order them for you? If ...

Olesia--Not forcing affection on her...I'd have never thought of that. Thank you, and also for your kind words about Tucker. On this forum, it's almost like we get to know each others' dogs after awhile, isn't it? Jill, thank you. Wish me luck! Sounds like I'll be doing myself a favor if I take her ...

NINA
This will be a bittersweet and lengthy post, about two well-loved EPI doggies. Some of this will be a repeat, but as the day draws near, I'm a little nervous & I could use some support. Some of you know that last November I lost my Tucker, my sweetheart, my boyfriend dog, who will never be repla...

Olesia--Do I understand you to say that you can use less of the enzymes, if you buy enteric coated capsules? --- Pam

Re: For those of you with puppies...
Every summer the K9 unit comes to our summer camp to put on a show for the kids, and the only reward those dogs get (GSDs and Malinois) is a ball to hold in their mouth. They are so excited when it is given to them. ---Pam

Re: Digestive Enzymes required?
Hi There--- I have read that metro can really mess with the gut, so I'm glad they are off it. Two things---Introduce Proviable slowly. Maybe less than half the dose at first, and gradually build up to the recommended dose in a few days. Giving the entire amount from the start can cause diarrhea. ---...
