Re: Sassy says HI and Thank You!!!

Good catch on the TLI score, Lis. No need to spend all that money. Yes, the wild life is a challenge. Good for your pups that they didn't hurt the babies. We have a resident duck here who insists on laying her eggs and nesting for 27 days in our yard. Keeping Kolby away from the nest is always nerve...

Re: Diagnosis 72 hours ago - jack Russell X

Hello. Sounds like a good update. Keep up the good work. I'll be interested in the B12 level, too. Our Kolby did not start to gain weight until the B12 levels were up. So that might be the missing piece for your pup. Let us know.

Re: Nova and me new to EPI and this forum

A warm welcome to you, Juanita! Three cheers for the vet who recommended the cTLI test, so Nova did not have to go through other invasive tests. And we are glad you reached out to us. We have all been where you are and know what it is like to see your pup losing weight right before your eyes. Our Ko...

Re: Can enzymes cause snout sores?

Yes, I agree with Olesia. Kolby got ulcers when he started the enzymes, but they were on his gums and were not what you described. Let us know what the vet says.

Re: Brittle Nails

We usually throw the B12 pill on his food right before serving. I don't know if there are issues with incubating the vitamins with the food.

Re: B12 Preparation for Boarding

Hi Megan, You are right. The simpler the better for those caring for your pup. When I go away, I fix similar bags......and this is to keep it simple for hubby! Kolby takes a B12 pill whole so he just has to put it in the food when he feeds him, but your way sounds fine. Hope all goes well. Barb
