Re: Ruger - New Case Trying to Stabilize

Hi, Sallie. A very warm welcome to you and Ruger. As Pam said, we have all been where you are. The beginning stage is the hardest because you are on a steep learning curve trying to balance everything and worrying about your pup at the same time. It will get better! Once you answer the questions oth...

Re: Thank you

Hello, Barb, this is from another Barb. I am so glad to hear that Sarge is doing so well with his EPI and that he recovered from the Bloat. We had a similar experience with Kolby and were profoundly grateful when he recovered from emergency surgery (GDV) also. As you know, timing is of the essence w...

Re: Hi all new member here 👋🏼😊

Yes, they shouldn't hurt at all. I would not have been able to give the injections to Kolby all those years if he reacted in pain.

Re: Hi all new member here 👋🏼😊

We gave Kolby B12 injections for years before we switched to Wonderlabs pills and he never reacted at all. He didn't even feel them as they were given subcutaneously in the loose skin between the shoulder blades. As someone else said pulled up like a tent. They should not hurt at all. And yes, it sh...

Re: Zypropan Company Not Responding

We also used enzyme diane's 6X and later 8X for Kolby for 11 years. An excellent product and Diane is so helpful and easy to work with.

Re: Adjusting Enzymes

Thank you for clarifying. I didn't know you had already tried the 3 tsp per 3 cups of kibble. At the beginning of treatment, it is always a balancing act until you find the right combination for your pup. Let us know how he does.

Re: Adjusting Enzymes

I am still a bit confused (not unusual these days LOL). Can you clarify the amount or enzymes again? If you are giving 1/2 teaspoon enzymes, per 1.5 cups of kibble that is not quite enough enzymes.

Re: Adjusting Enzymes

I may be misreading your post, but it almost sounded like you were giving the enzymes separate from the food. I don't think this is what you meant, but I will clarify. Use 1 teaspoon of enzymes per cup of kibble. Dissolve the enzymes in a little water and pour over the food. Allow to sit for about 2...

Re: Unwell GSD

I am so sorry you and Rosie are going through all this. Please let us know how she is doing. It sounds like you may be getting an answer to her recent symptoms, but certainly not the answer you would like to have. We are thinking of you. It is so difficult to see our pups not doing well. Please let ...

Re: Adjusting Enzymes

Hello and welcome. Good for you for getting your pup started on treatment right away. Can you post the name of the enzymes you are using? If they are enzymediane's (many of our members use them for their quality and price,,,,she is a member here) then we usually recommend 1 teaspoon enzymes per cup ...
