hi and welcome what was the original result of the cTLI test for EPI ? If it was a positive result, then its not normal to recover, and the "norm" is that they tend to need more enzymes as they grow older but as they say "when you know one EPI dog, you know one EPI dog ," none are the same the only ...

what is your daily routine with Nebula ? food, enzymes, etc

did the vet give you the results from Nebi's tests ?

if you can, feed a few times a day to help put the weight back on, what antibiotics are you giving, and what b12 ?

hi is there any rumbling from the tummy what is weird is , they are fine with chicken for ages, and then all of a sudden as with Kara, no, however, I would give Tylan twice daily 12 hours apart for the 45 days recommended and as per dosing chart, 1/4 teaspoon each time https://www.epi4dogs.com/forum...
