Jean makes a good point about an alternative antibiotic, also can i add that the B12 i would suggest that you give these daily B12 can slip quickly and with SID/Sibo in play its role is very important.

I think you have a very wise vet ! You have also done all you can by contacting Fromm ....i always gave Maddie some home cooked mince as well .

Couple of things can you tell us what dose of enzymes you are using to food?Also with the food perhaps increase this to 2.5 cups per meal and see if that helps or if possible give a lunch as well for a time and see if this increases the weight.
