https://jasmi.co.uk/product/tylosin-50-tylan-antibiotic-100g/#reviews Is this what you found? Maybe the other 50% is to blend it smoothly. It’s made in Bulgaria, part of the EU, so maybe other Uk suppliers are having hold ups because of Brexit., but this website, which I’ve never heard of , has stil...

Re: Tylan
Odd that its out of stock..As it’s licensed for agricultural use only, a vet practice that works with farmers ought to be able to help out if your vet gets someone to ring round. Are you aware that you may still need to sign a disclaimer to use it with domestic pets. The standard gut medicine in the ...

Hello Craig, , there are plenty of uk members, but we don’t pop up so much, maybe because the condition is managed well.if you don’t It would be very helpful to other people to follow your epi story if you don’t mind mind posting it, also we can assist in helping any issues like the doses of medicat...

Another thought... my non- epi dogs, and my son’s one , all have Butchers grain free tripe mix. In all supermarkets. https://www.allaboutdogfood.co.uk/dog-food-reviews/0227/butchers-tripe-mix I was initially cautious, but it is really good food and cheap. Read their website. The calories may be low ...

Hello and welcome, I’m from Uk. Your vet is unusual for knowing that you can use raw pancreas. I hope Olesia has helped you with the quantities. My husband wouldn’t allow it in our freezer! I used various excellent enzymes in my search for the cheapest option . A point about European enzymes is that...

Re: Still searching for a diagnosis
We’d love to ,check your results. If it’s not epi, your vet should have quicker ideas. Has Aggie had a course of antibiotics? If so which ones. Have you tried a grain free normal food? Cereals including rice, can feed the bad gut bacteria resulting in upsets. Hills contains cereals. You can help add...

Re: Help with this stench 🤮
Yucky! If his weight and poop is very good, get back onto normal food, low fibre and grain free. Hills is chicken, rice and barley . You will probably find that your vet is unable to suggest brands. They don’t have practical experience with epi diets. I’m sure members on here will give recommendatio...

Re: New member needs advice, dog will not eat
Hello again Mari, I’m relieved you are in good hands here. Laurie is a mystery. What colour and consistency are her poops now? Is she on medication for her other conditions? If the yellow/grey soft poop has improved, she must be absorbing some nutrition. Like everyone else on the forum, I was in tea...

Re: Advice please
I can empathise with both his conditions, but with two dogs. Marti had epi for eight years, no kidney problems. I’ve not heard of other springers with epi, is yours a show type or worker? I’m hoping they aren’t related! Bobby , a cocker, non-epi, had a a kidney condition. Has the vet put a name to w...

Re: New EPI diagnosis
Hello, and sorry to hear you’ve got so much to cope with. Olesia will guide you. I just wanted comment on the apparent bloat. What has the vet said? My dog had a similar look, and an x~ray revealed that it wasn’t gas, it was fluid in the abdomen and chest cavity! Which was almost pressing on her hea...
