Good call Ann, I totally forgot about that as a possibility. I too had to tweak my girl's enzymes up a bit after she turned 8 due to return of symptoms. Now all is well again.

Some people also find long stretches between meals cause trouble, so if it's happening in the stretch between dinner and breakfast the next day, some give a little "snack" before bed.

It might take her a little while for her ravenous behavior to subside. Her body is healing--long before you knew she had EPI, it was slowly happening.
