Thank you for the very informative reply.
Apart from upping Kenzies b12 to one per day, the vet suggested upping the enzymes.
We have upped it to 1 tsp per meal ( from 7/8 ).
Perhaps as she is now 8 1/2, she needs more.
Do hope this works!

Re: Confusing blood test
But, she has "had" EPI for almost 4 years? The TLI has been going up with each test! What does this mean ?

Confusing blood test
As Kenzie was not improving, we decided to take her for a blood test. The results are very confusing and the vet has not been much help. TLI is 5.5 (their reference range - 6.1 - 35.0 ug/L) and B12 has dropped to 545. Folate is fine at 11. Previous readings have been TLI - 3.4 and 4.2, is it normal ...

Re: Eating own poo

She is so excited to go for her walks, can't wait to chase the balls and pulls like the bad old days. What is going on? she is 8 1/2 and don't get me wrong she has always loved h...

Re: Eating own poo
Hi, I upped the tylan to 1/4 tsp 5 days ago after I noticed issues with her poo. As yet no change which is why I wondered if it's something else, should I wait longer?. She has been getting 3/4 tsp panzym on all her meals for 18 months, would it suddenly be too much? If I up the panzym I was thinkin...

Re: Eating own poo
Hi,
She has 3 meals a day, Millies Wolfheart for the last 3 years.
130g per meal.
She weighs 35kg.
Tylan twice a day.
Chemeyes Trinfac b12.
This all has been routine for the past 18 months, no changes.
Thanks for your input.
We are just outside Telford in a village called Edgmond.

Re: Eating own poo
No changes in the food. Her poo can be a bit sloppy and is also attractive to other dogs! Just don't understand her eating it, she has never done that in the 3 years she has had epi?

Eating own poo
Hi, Kenzie has been doing well this past year. Currently 3/4 tsp panzym on all meals, b12 every other day and 1/8th tsp Tylan ( have not been able to come off completely). The past month, her poos have been inconsistent so I upped her Tylan which would normally work. They are still inconsistent, per...
