when you cook whatever veggie you decide on..... maybe save the water and include some of that in the meal.

Hi Jesse, If you live near a health food store... and if they carry loose powders, you often can get slippery elm powder that way. As i am sure by now, you have probably figured out, you don't need much. If ordering from Amazon as it will get to you quicker...... i highly recommend the NOW slippery ...

oh... and YES!!! what Jeremy posted above is absolutely correct... ALWAYS start with less than half the dose.... sometimes it is just too much/too potent all at once and the way the body reacts is via loose stools.... however... i should have been more specific... all the probiotics that i tried...i...
