Put the dose in an empty gel cap and pop it on the way back of his tongue. Then gently hold the muzzle closed until he swallows or follow it with a syringe of food or Entyce.

So Epi medication- do you mean his enzymes? If he isn't eating food he doesn't need enzymes.
What else is he taking, B12?

Good morning. There are other novel proteins you can look up and check prices:
Bison
Veal
Pork
Kangaroo
Duck
Lamb
Fish

Unless you know your dog has already been exposed to one or more of the above you could try these.
