296 is far too low for b12 in an EPI dog, it needs to be in the 600's I woulsd suggest you get the capsules from Chemeyes, in my previous post, one per day As this is a positive test for EPI , anything lower than 2.5 is positive, so 1.4 is definitely within the paramameters https://vetmed.tamu.edu/g...

the only thing that maybe comes to mind is that Chappie wet food smells fishy, and its possible that there isnt enough fibre in it , this will possibly create anal gland problems which smell horrible, and if she is sitting on say a carpet then the smell will linger in the carpet and its surroundings
