Re: Starting Enzymes

Hi Josh, A warm welcome to you and Luna. You have received excellent advice from Jill and Pam. If the test results indicate EPI, you are already on your way. The beginning stage is the hardest as you try to balance everything. There may need to be adjustments along the way. One thing that helped us ...

Re: Possible EPI - please help

So glad you had the Tli test done and you now have a correct diagnosis. Not that you wanted this diagnosis, but now you can proceed and help your pup to good health. One thing that really helped us when Kolby was with us and we were feeling overwhelmed at the beginning was keeping a log/journal. It ...

Re: Possible EPI - please help

Hi Paige, I will also jump on the c tli test bandwagon and recommend the test for Epi. There are many signs pointing in that direction, but you want to make sure and get a correct diagnosis. If it is EPI, you will have plenty of support here to help you proceed. Please let us know the results. Barb

As I read through your entire thread, I realize how lucky your pup is to have you! You have done an amazing job of persevering with all the ups and downs and very severe health issues with Bailey. It is absolutely thrilling to see the turn aound. Let us know how he is doing. And congratulations on f...

Re: Scooby my Foster with EPI & Lymphangiectasia

Hi Kathy,

I was in tears reading of Scooby's situation and seeing his picture. You are an angel for taking care of him. Olesia has you on the right path. And I heartily endorse the log/journal that Jill suggested. It will help you keep your sanity.

Hugs,

Re: Happy 13th Birthday Kodi ! (SAD NEWS days later)

I am so sorry to read of your loss of Kodi. She had just turned 13. What a beautiful girl. We are thinking of you as you go through this difficult time. We know she lived a full and wonderful life with you and your family. She will be sorely missed.

Hugs, love, and light,

Re: New EPI Dog Mom

I was interrupted and missed the discussion on bloat, but yes, it sounds like it could have been. We almost lost Kolby to bloat and I wrote about it under concurrent conditions here. It was a harrowing experience and by luck we made it to the Emergency Vet before it was too late. As Olesia said, som...
