Once the enzyme is mixed with the food it activates the enzyme and will only last roughly an hour

well you have had some consistent replies if this was me, I would contact Chemeyes and order some b12, as already said the b12 complex is not the right one for an EPI dog save your money, and get her tested after a month or two on the b12 from them the reason being https://epi4dogs.com/b12-in-brief-...

Hello and welcome Anja and Mel we are from the UK and have used Lypex in the past I would love to see a picture of her, I have never seen a Podenco in real life, and as she is a mix, it would be even more interesting now the resullts of the cTLI test taken at 7 hours fasting, it has to be at least 8...
