If she feels bloated round the bladder , get her to the vet asp for the catheter tube emptying. I’ve had this emergency myself after surgery, humans can hold a litre, no idea about dogs.
If not stones, she could have a UTI, which causes strange symptoms.

Re: Not sure what is wrong after doing so well???
I know how you feel about the vets surgery. I changed vet after I lost one of mine suddenly, couldn’t face the place! I had a lumpy Labrador, all lipomas, harmless fatty bumps under the skin, not attached to the body. Do you think think she has a headache? It’s hard for us to guess, but there are si...

Re: Question about changing foods
Keep to the new suitable food for a week or two. However........rumbling, gurgling and farting isn’t to do with food, it’s to do with the gas from from fermentation caused by Bacteria. Your vet needs to be told, because it is invariably SIBO or as it was known, SID. As folks mentioned your other pos...

Re: SIBO and not eating—urgent
Blood panels are usually fine. We all had this problem while our dogs suffered. As Jill said, the epi test is a stand-alone and somewhat expensive test, but it will give you a definite answer. Feeding chicken can give a yellow stool, but you are also feeding beef. The cow pat consistency and odd sme...

Re: Not able to go all night
Hi , we started with Panzym, with poos and wees in the night, both before and after treatment. She was drinking excessively,so it had to come through. I changed to Lypex to get her to eat enzymed food. This coincided with her improvement physically. However she always had a bladder that only lasted ...

Re: Enzymes help for puppy
Hello , glad you’re still with us. Panzym is a standard powder. Are you still giving a quarter of a teaspoon for 50gms of food?.i would give a bit more. One of your earlier posts stated that you soaked your enzymed food for 20 minutes. Don’t do this with UK/European enzymes. They will have used up t...

Re: Can't seem to get it right
It seems like your vet didn’t notice the difference between the Pancreplus products, as the descriptions are the same. As Olesia pointed out, one tablet contains 9000 units, whereas the Pancreplus powder contains 71400 units in a teaspoon, which is what you need. I would point this out to the vet. (...

Re: EPI /diabetes complication?
The enzymes are smelly. Marti refused them , so I tried topping her food with tuna. Eventually, after hand feeding her, I changed to capsules, no smell. Chemeyes sell them, and Vetuk’s pancreatic Nutrient . Lypex is good but too expensive. Stick to Chemeyes because they are epi owners on this websit...
