The dissolve in water is for poultry administration I believe.
Someone else might answer what the 100g means. It says" Equivalent to 100g tylosin base".

I believe 00 holds 1/4 teaspoon and 0 holds 1/8 teaspoon. A lot of dogs do not balk at the taste of Tylan so you might not need capsules. Just mix in before you feed. Why not use the enzymes till after Easter and see if they help. Do you have any B12 pills left?
