Raw pancreas along with Creon
Hi, I have been struggling with getting Lyra stable for three weeks with Creon 10000. Finally after 5 days with added Tylan she’s got a very good stool. “Not perfect” but WAY better. Coming from water out her bum I’m very relieved. I have been trying for 9mts to find a slaughter house to supply me w...

Re: Slippery elm and Tylosin
Yes I add it and she’s doing well so far. After all this I have found a slaughter house to provide me with pancreas. The only thing now is that I don’t want to rock the boat again. Does anyone know if I can add it anyway with her food along with the Creon? Maybe it will be extra help for her or is t...

Slippery elm and Tylosin
Hello everyone,
I just heard from another group that slippery elm can block other medications from absorption? I am giving an important course of Tylosin and always give Slippery elm. Worried now

Re: Allergies to enzymes
This is very reassuring information. I actually sent it to my vet and my friend “who’s a pharmacist” to give them some in-site. Maybe it will help my vet as she wasn’t very sure about the Creon. Day 2 yesterday with tylosin and I saw a more formed stool this am. I think I have my answer that it is S...

Re: Allergies to enzymes
Thank you, the food does have some grains so I am presently switching her slowly. I just started a course of Tylan so don’t want to rock the boat with already a flare up. It’s been a Rocky start to this switch in enzymes. She’s losing weight and coat fast. I am however taking everyone’s advise. I’m ...
