if using 8x enzymes.... try filling one "00" enteric coated capsule and see if that works well.... not sure if this would be enough.. or if this is short-changing the enzymes by a pinch....

Since we announced on this website and FB page the possibility of using enteric coated capsules filled with regular pancreatic enzyme powder, multiple people have tried it and in every case it works :)

hi Pam,

If the evening dose of slippery elm helped a little but just not enough... sure... go ahead and give it with breakfast too. It often works best when given with both meals.....

so sorry to hear this, but this is rather typical. What you are most likely seeing is SID/SIBO/Dysbiosis rearing it's ugly head. This seems to happen around the 3rd to 5th week after starting enzymes. The best way i can explain it is that all the bad metabolites have been accumulated prior to enzyme...
