My vet prescribed a daily dosage of 1200 mg of Tylosin. We will be giving it to my boy for at least 45 days. Does this dosage sound okay?

I think the vet prescribed 1200mg as the daily dose, so it should be 600mg twice a day. That being said, I would give 1/4th a teaspoon twice a day. Since it's the closest to what you need.
Tylosin is incredibly safe for dogs...
