Yikes Pam, "the best laid plans....." Don't ask what else could go wrong...... Nobody could have predicted this.
Kolby also had his done at IDEXX and everything went smoothly ....in case you have to go in that direction.

Fingers crossed!

Thanks, Barb. Grandson #4 is Caleb Michael. Looks like I won't be buying any tutus in this lifetime. He's pretty stinkin' cute.---Pam
Tucker was a shepherd/lab mix--- TLI 1.3, Folate 9.7, Cobalamin 666, Lipase 38. Took Diane's Enzymes 4 teaspoons/day, Wonderlabs B12 one capsule per day, and Tylan 1/16 teaspoon/ morning (to hold SID at bay). Taste of the Wild High Prairie, 1 1/2 cups/day, with a total of 4 cups of Fresh Pet. Stopped eating everything in sight, and went from 60 to 85 pounds! Tucker was my boyfriend, and my husband was OK with that. Tucker succumbed to hemangiosarcoma, but we cherished every day we had with that wonderful, beautiful boy. I will always, always miss my sweet big boy.

As long as the test is done by Idexx, Amtech or TAMU you'll be fine. Doc's was done by Amtech (I think that's the correct name). I don't think the Gastro Lab at TAMU shuts down for the week because of Spring Break - faculty and staff of the University might but I can't imagine the lab testing would be stopped for Spring Break or any other school break.

DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.

Aiming for Friday, March 12 @ 8 am! Stopped the B12 even earlier this time. The office manager assures me the blood will go out, on ice, FEDEX the same day, so could it possibly be in College Station on Monday??? I hope so!

NOPE, not then because the lab is closed on weekends. I think I may have to take off an entire day of school, if I ever want to get my boy his tests.

Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........

Fingers crossed it goes according to plan. We usually recommend doing the blood draw on a Mon, Tues or Wed to ensure it gets to the lab and doesn't sit around on the weekend.

I'm so sorry your latest plan to get the testing done didn't work out due to the weekend! I'll be crossing my fingers in the hope that you get testing plans figured out.
