Milestone?!

Post by Montgomery » 01 Mar 2021, 23:28

I just wanted to share this because its the first time its happened...
Montgomery and I were walking home from work to-night. He was in his stroller as usual and he had to be completely covered because it was -20 with the windchill out there. So he was bundled - shirt, coat, two fuzzy blankets, hot water bottle, and a blanket and wind screen over the top. He doesn't like to be covered, so he wasn't happy to begin with. Fidgety. When we got to our street, he started with the pathetic meows he uses when he really wants something. Fidgeting, meowing. He had to go to the bathroom. I told him where we were and to hang on - AND HE DID! He held it! He actually held it until we got home! Usually he starts trying to get out and I have to get him out or else I'm cleaning the entire stroller and bathing the cat. Nope. He made it. We got all the way inside and upstairs and to the LITTER BOX! All of it went in the LITTER BOX!
WOOOO HOOOO!
He's got control of it!!! I'm so proud of the little fuzzer!
Thank you for letting me ramble!
Montgomery was born 20 March 2012. He eats extra lean ground chicken, lean ground pork and lean ground beef completed with Alnutrin and freeze-dried chicken liver, with hard-cooked egg. He gets two size zero capsules of Enzyme Diane's enzymes at each of his six meals, and a size four capsule of Tylan three times a day. He's a fierce little Spitfire with a roaring Merlin engine.

hahahaha! Ramble away!
That is very odd to have a cat actually listen to a "request"... so i am impressed!
Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........
