OMG..... Not only is Zoe gorgeous (and i love the reference from rat tail to fox tail !) what an amazing improvement.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the wight gain. GOOD JOB!

So glad to read and actually see such fabulous before and after improved health pictures....

If okay with you, i'd like to submit these to Dr. Williams for possible consideration as a cover picture of "before and after" in a British Vet Educational teaching manual...... a while back we asked for high resolution before and after pics with good facial expressions... and a lot of pictures were submitted.... however... a few weeks ago i asked if they made a decision yet on the cover shot and the answer was no, not yet because they are very busy working on the content..... so.........i suspect that it is not too late to submit Zoe's before and after pictures with your permission of course. Please email me at: olesia.kennedy@gmail.com if you would like to give me permission for this!

Thank you everyone for all your support! Feel free to use these before and after pictures for any purposes or sources you desire. Permission given.

I also should have mentioned that we were able to wean Zoe off of all Tylan, at least for now, and her poops still look pretty good. Just for grins, I will attach before and after poop pictures!!

Thanks for the permission, its so important for senior vets and researchers to have evidence of what they say

Kara's Specialist did the same for his lectures

Sonja,

So happy that Zoe is doing so well now.... it sure was a long journey... but worth it, eh?!

I know this will sound crazy.... but thanks for sharing the poop pictures too... as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.... AND..... EPI'rs really do appreciate pictures of poop  (we are such a strange, but loving group!!!)

And thank you so much for permission to submit Zoe's pics. No promises... as the publishers have full control over what pics they pick :)...but... it sure would be nice to have a before and after EPI dog on the cover of a teaching manual! So....it will be a wait and see decision... paws and fingers crossed whenever they get around to selecting their cover photos.... we'll let folks here know if any of ou EPI dogs photo's were selected.

I think the poop pictures are super important because I think if our vet would have asked us if Zoe’s poop looked like pale yellow cow patties, I know we would have gotten her diagnosed earlier, especially in combination to her low weight and unhealthy coat and tail! Not to mention all the poop accidents in her crate when we were gone for even short periods of time and also how often she pooped. It was just confusing because in the beginning she would have good poops and bad poops so we would think she was fine. But instead, EPI was just mentioned as a possibility by the vet but not really pushed, and the testing was pretty expensive, so we waited another couple of months! But after much research, most from this website, I got her tested. I couldn’t have done it without your support and very specific recommendations! I know these doggies can have flare ups, and if so, I will be reaching out again. Thank you for what you do! Sonja

Thank you, Sonja! Zoe is a beauty and she has come so far, thanks to you and your good care. Oh, yes, those early poos look very familiar.....so glad they are a memory, for now. Keep the good news coming!
