Great Tank Update.....a "healthy dog" makes for a very nice Xmas gift. :)

One thing i would like to mention, just as something for you to consider......Lamb is not the best protein for a dog.... and EPI dogs have trouble with vitamins over all (fat soluble... see recent research https://epi4dogs.com/epi-research/)..... SO.... i would like to suggest:

1. staying on the food you are using because it is working :) .. but
2. talk to your vet about adding a quality doggie vitamin (i personally use VetriScience Canine Plus)
3. and (if you are not already) adding a fish oil or EFAs supplement daily to Tank's regimen.
Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........

What a fabulous update!!! Congratulations and keep up the good work. I always laugh when the vets say our EPI pups need to go on a diet
Madelon, owned by DOC. DOC dx EPI 5/2015 = TLI < .4, B12 406; Folate >24. DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.

Wow after reading Tank's story you have really done a great job. Congratulations. Every dog is different for sure in what meats they do best on. My dogs are not EPI but love Acana. They do use peas and lentils and have a higher fiber content, but I feed the Acana Ranchlands which has 5 proteins before a pea is listed.☺
Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas!
