Glad to hear things are going well overall. You could definitely try the Slippery Elm again and see if it helps - give it a few days and if you're still having the spit ups then you could talk to your vet about trying an antacid OR as Suzy said try changing food. If you're still feeding the Royal Canin it could be the grains aren't agreeing with your little one. Changing anything can be scary I know but sometimes necessary - just be sure to keep it to one change at a time and keep a detailed journal.

Gel caps is a great pill fomulation for pet treatment. But pay attention to capsule size choice.
