Update-
She's been doing a lot better since we started the antibiotic. I've added a little more enzyme and give her ice after she eats. I haven't started giving her the Pepcid yet but have been giving her a spice mixture that people on here told me a few years ago helps with the acid reflux. I am thinking I will start the Pepcid today though just to keep everything moving along. Her poops have been smaller for the most part and not as many. The big thing is that they all seem to be very well formed and the color is good. I haven't been able to get her weighed yet but her ribs aren't sticking out nearly as bad. I hope this progress continues and I think I'd like to add food eventually to help put more weight on her, that would be after a month at least of making sure she is doing okay. Her energy is good but I still hear her stomach making noise, although it doesn't sound terrible like before. She's also still very hungry and won't leave me alone until I feed her. So it seems like some good progress has been made but we aren't out of the woods yet. Let me know what you think or if you have any more suggestions of things I should be doing with her now. Thanks everyone!

Re: Need Help-Dog having another setback
Glad to hear that things are turning around. Your description of the poos sound like they are close to perfect, so that is worth celebrating. Congratulations! If you think she doesn't look as thin, she is probably putting on weight. Sometimes the changes are subtle. It took Kolby many months to put on weight. Once we were able to get his B12 levels up, he started to gain slowly, but consistently.
Keep the good news coming.
