Comparing Pancrezyme and Epizyme Powders
Comparing Pancrezyme and Epizyme Powders
We started our 9.5 lb mini-dachshund Gemma on Pancrezyme powder in November 2018 and it worked great. Gemma gained back over 2,5 lbs very quickly. We also put her on a B-12 treatment. Our supply of Pancerzyme ran low in March and Pancrezyme was very difficult to obtain. Our vet with us researched and came up with Epizyme powder as a substitute. We ordered it and have now used it for over 10 weeks. There has been no changes in Gemma's condition and her energy continues to improve (she is 14.5 years old). We use the same dosage for both powders - a scant 1/4 teaspoon - with each meal.

hi
its good news that your vet worked with you on this, and that you have found that it works
14.5 years is great
Epizyme is one we have on our list of recommended enzymes
good job
