What is your dogs B12 level? It should be upper high end level, usually 600 and above.

A lot of folks use the B12 with intrinsic factor to maintain their pups level after the B12 shots are done. Just depends, once daily or twice daily. I think we have folks who do once or twice a week as a boost.

Hi, I have been using B12 with intrinsic factor 2 times a day one at each meal ...I just put it in the bowl with her food and there you go. I have been doing this for almost 9 years and all is well. Hope this helps you.

Hi. The amount of B12 and frequency depends on the dog. EPI dogs need their B12 on the high side of normal 600 - here is a link to our B12 page https://epi4dogs.com/b12-protocol/.

The trick is to find the right dosage for your dog but supplementing is for life. A lot of us use WonderLabs Pet Factor B12 pills as they are easy to administer and have Intrinsic Factor which helps with the absorption of B12.

DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.
